Yes. Every session starts with a short chat so we can understand your health goals, your scars, or any pain you might be dealing with. This way, we know exactly what your body needs. It is very relaxed, and it helps us personalize the massage for you.

Yes, we do. All our services can be provided on the confort of your own house at Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi Junction, and surrounding areas. It’s a good option for anyone recovering at home, busy parents, or simply those who find travel difficult.
*If you are outside these areas, just give us a call and we can arrange it. Subcharges might apply.

You chose how long you can spend taking care of your body that day when you book with us. We find that 60m is the best average time where the boy can rest and reset. Any additional time is a bonus.
Also, it is better adding a complementary therapy than going too long on hard massages

You will need to book in advance because our hours are flexible and change from week to week. We don’t take Walk-ins.
So, the easiest way is to text or call us directly. That way, we can make sure you get a time that works.

Payment is straightforward. If you book online, you will recived an invoice to pay a deposit on your appointment. You can pay by card, cash, pay ID or bank transfer The balance will be pay at the end of your session. If you have private health cover, we will provide a receipt so you can claim your rebate.

Life gets in the way sometimes, and that’s fine. If you need to cancel, just call or text us as soon as possible. So, we can adjust our schedule and help someone else who might be waiting.

No, you don’t need a referral. Nevertheless, if you’ve had recent (mayor surgeries are a bout 8 weeks) surgery, it’s important that your doctor confirms you’re ready for a massage, but once you’re cleared, you can book directly.

Yes, we are registered with most major Australian health funds. You will receive a proper receipt after your session, and you can use that to make your claim directly with your provider.

Please undress to your level of comfort. We ask our clients to at list keep their bottom underwear as this is our standard practices, Our Therapist are train in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy is always respected

That is completely normal. We will go at your pace, and you can ask me to stop or adjust at any time. You are in control throughout the session, and I’ll always check in to make sure you feel safe and comfortable.

Yes, of course. If having a friend or family member with you helps you feel more relaxed, they are welcome to sit in the waiting area or nearby while you have your treatment.
Under 18s needs to come with an adult.
Feel free to bring your dog if it is well behaved.
