You chose how long you can spend taking care of your body that day when you book with us. We find that 60m is the best average time where the boy can rest and reset. Any additional time is a bonus.

No, you don’t need a referral. Nevertheless, if you’ve had recent (mayor surgeries are a bout 8 weeks) surgery, it’s important that your doctor confirms you’re ready for a massage, but once you’re cleared, you can book directly.

## Specific surcharges apply for outside-regular-hours and mobile services:

• Weekend & Public Holiday Surcharge: An additional $20 applies to all bookings scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

• After-Hours Mobile Surcharge: An additional $15 applies strictly to mobile massage appointments booked before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.
